Teaming: A workshop Experiment

This ‘event’ is a two hour experiment in group interaction hopefully leading to some new insights into teamwork and teams. It is not a normal workshop with a leader providing information and/or demonstration followed by “discussion”.

Rather it is based on how children learn through games, contests and mutual inquiry/consensus. The intention of this event is two-fold. 1) to uncover some often hidden things that make teams successful and 2) to experience hueristic (trial n error; non-authoritarian) educational exercises.

It will be all right to have a lot of fun.
