Rita Flemming grew up living, practicing and studying the ancient alignment practices of
Patanjali yoga as taught by Iyengar, Manouso Manos, and her mother Brenda Flemming.
Due to this unique upbringing, she strives for more human potential in every moment, through
the subtle dissection of the body through awareness.
Her practice accesses the nervous system through detailed and precise attention to increasingly
subtler yogic actions. Each action works synergistically to create strength, poise, balance,
alignment, attunement of the nervous system, and cultivates new cellular intelligence for
increased performance in the mind, body, and spirit.
She lives in Costa Rica, facilitating regenerative healing as learned at the International School
of Regenerative Detoxification with Dr. Robert Morse. She is founder of
www.wildspiritedfree.com focusing on regenerative systems applied to community, land,
wellness and ethics.
